Terms of service
Each session at Revive Body&Mind is prepared with care and dedicated time. To honour this, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit counts towards your total session fee. Deposits are non-refundable for short notice cancellations, no-shows, or same-day bookings. Same-day bookings cancelled on the same day are considered short notice and follow the same policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are considered short-notice, deposit will be non-refundable.
Multi-Session Bundles
Each session booked within a bundle is subject to this same cancellation policy. Missed or late-cancelled sessions from a bundle will be forfeited and charged the non-refundable 50% deposit of the session. If a full bundle must be cancelled in advance of use, only the unused portion (excluding deposits and processing fees) may be refunded — please contact us to discuss.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers and eGift vouchers are non-refundable and hold no cash value. They retain their full paid value indefinitely.
We recommend redeeming your gift within 3 months of purchase to ensure optimal availability and pricing. If service prices change after purchase, the voucher will still be valid for its original amount. Any price difference can be paid at the time of booking. Please contact us before booking.
Vouchers are transferable but may only be used once per session.
When booking with a voucher, please select the appropriate "Gift Voucher Holder" service and enter your gift voucher code in the booking notes.
Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to bookings made with a gift voucher. Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in the forfeiture of the voucher value for that session.
Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please note that refunds exclude card processing fees, as these are retained by our payment provider.
